the best of my knowledge this puppy/dog
is in good health and free of the disease
at the time of sale.
All puppies/dogs will be up to date
on vaccinations, worming at the time
of sale.
The buyer agrees to follow vaccination/warming
schedule and vet exams. The buyer has
48hrs. (excluding Sundays
and holidays) to examine puppy/dog
by licensed veterinarian from the time
of sale.
If a serious health problem noted during
the examination, the seller must be
notified within 24hrs.
We guarantee only against any
serious life threatening genetic defects
such as: heart, liver, kidneys and lungs.
Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is not
a genetic condition and is susceptible
to all toy breeds.
Luxated Patella, Hernia, Kennel Cough,
Coccidia and worms are not serious health
problems are not covered by this agreement.
WE DON'T GUARANEE SIZE AND COLOR!
We do not guarantee patellas due to
the fact we cannot control the type/frequency
of the food fed, excessive exercise
or if the dog is allowed to improperly
jump up on and off the furniture.
We do not reimburse for any Veterinary
fees or treatments.
No money will be refunded to buyer,
only replacement puppy of the same value
will be
provided. Please consult your Veterinarian
about the best care for your new puppy/dog.
